As with all servers and games, Helbreath Argentina , also has rules , they will be presented below.

Anyone who violates those rules will be warned / banned , according to each case.

It is your duty as a user to know and remember these rules.

List of rules:

• It is forbidden to provide personal information without prior consent.

  Do not allow any user, providing anyone, other user information , if this one did not give their consent.

  Despite being a game , you never know , who may be reading the chat , so do not allow anyone to provide other user information .

  If that rule is being breached , as the first instance we are going to mute the character, and if a crowd is detected , you will be banned.

• Selling items inside or outside of the game is prohibited.

  The staff gives you the possibility to get items in exchange for donations to all users , in order to keep the server online , and to provide a completely free service to the greatest number of users.

  But the staff will not be responsible in any case (for more evidence bearing ) in the ILLEGAL sale (if not by the staff, any sale will be illegal ) of items / characters , so anyone who decides to buy items / characters to another user, be at your own risk.

  As well as the staff, penalize users who realizen said " trade" within the game, and may punish those involved, with the loss of the items on " sale " , as well as the loss of the account / accounts related users , unable to recover under any reason.

• It is forbidden to use accounts / characters shared .

  Anyone who shares their account / character is fully exposed to the theft of the same. The administration eill only recover in the event of termination, the char / account (not the items that may have been extracted ) , and char who finds stolen, will be banned.

  Bear in mind that using a foreign account has no right over it, and the original owner can claim it at any time , providing the original data , so it is always better, create a self-employed , not risk losing everything.

• Theft is forbidden items.

• Lamming eks/pks its prohibited.

• It is forbidden to insult / attack / defame the server or the staff within it.

  If you disagree with the way you manage the server or with the aid which are provided within the game , you can post your complaint on our forum , or send an email to the boxes : zeroeoypnk@helbreathargentina.com or laloramos@helbreathargentina.com , if you steel feel dissatisfied , you are free to withdraw from the server ( no one forces you to play to people who do not like our work ) , if that failure is detected this rule, the character will be muted , and if the problem persists , you will be banned.

• Do not disturb the GM 's.

  Some forget that the GMs , they are also people (not robots that respond automatically each message ) , so if you see a GM in the game , do not invade with wisp and spam , ask your question , please be patient , and if sees that in a ( logical ) time , your question was not answered , do it again , keep in mind that there are a lot of users on the server , and it is not possible to respond to 100 % of users at once. If you still do not get the answer you want , you can publish your question in the forum, or e- mail support.

  If the GM sees necessary can mute any character , if you are muted for no reason , you can send a mail to administrators, or post it on the forum, to be revised the stated situation.

• Its prohibited to pose as GMs.

  Users attempting to impersonate any GM in order to profit from them, will be banned in all accounts that they posses .

  GM 's ( helpers ) , they have lost any right to any access to any account , if they see a GM ( helper ) , requesting this information , report him.

  Administrators do not ever ask accounting data, as they are not necessary to do their jobs , therefore , NEVER , give your account to anyone .

  In case of doubt whether someone is GM or not, may be asked to speak for General ( green letters are displayed) , or by placing the command " / admins" , which will show the directors online ( including GMs helpers ) .

  Also may call these " GMs " to stand with you all GMs (including helpers ) have the logo of GM , they can not remove it ( as is typical of char) , therefore , it does not produce the logo in gold "GM " is because it is not a GM, and should report it.

• Using hacks / exploits / bugs are totally prohibited.

  In case you find a bug in the game, and take advantage of it ( without warning of its existence ) , the character , you can lose all items or things obtained by abusing this bug.

  For hacks / exploits , the character will be banned , and in case there is a recurrence , all characters on the same IP will be banned.

• The staff will not be responsible for lost items in rollbacks.

  The rollbacks are caused by an error in any of the server software or the abrupt closing of them (errors or hacking attempts).

  The staff is always responsible for attempting to debug these errors and achieve the best performance of the processes that correspond to the server.

  But in no case , be responsible for lost items, or things that are been lost. Although we have the logs, not always reaches to keep the latest information before the falls, and therefore, there is not always records of the last movements in the server.

  You can claim the item that may have lost with a ScreenShot of your character, with the item in your bag (and in this case will be evaluated by the staff, for the return of the item).

  In the case of not having any test, and the item did not appear in the logs, this one will not be returned.

  Eks, majestics, rep, or any other kind of points, will not be refunded in any case.
